Krystyn Ramdial, Ph.D., is the Global Pre Hire Selection Leader at Procter & Gamble, where she oversees the design, innovation, and implementation of P&G’s end to end assessment system. An Industrial–Organizational Psychologist by training, Krystyn’s work focuses on ensuring selection practices are fair, valid, scalable, and accessible, particularly as assessment delivery evolves alongside changes in the talent acquisition landscape. Krystyn and her team partner closely with internal talent acquisition partners, disability inclusion networks, and legal, medical, and technology stakeholders to integrate accessibility into assessment design, delivery, and governance at scale.
