Dr. Michael Fetzer is an Associate Partner at Aon and leads the Product Development & Innovation teams for Talent Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for product insights and research strategy, managing research and client partnerships, legal issues, product development, and thought leadership. Mike’s focus areas include AI, multimedia, computer adaptive assessments, legal issues, and DE&I. Before joining Aon, Mike worked for PreVisor/SHL/CEB, DDI, and CultureFactors. In these roles, Mike developed and implemented leading-edge assessment solutions, training and development programs, and organizational change initiatives for private and public sector clients around the world that provide quantifiable, bottom-line business results.
