Nick Lobuglio is a Senior Director of People Science at Bristol Myers Squibb, where he leads a team responsible for internal research, listening, and advanced analytics. He has previously worked on people analytics and people science teams at Honeywell, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and Kyndryl, and before joining large organizations he conducted assessment and engagement work for a specialized selection firm. He holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in psychology and business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
