Paul Tsagaroulis, PhD, University of Virginia, is the Director of People Analytics, leading workforce analytics across a complex academic environment. Paul brings an IO psychology lens to translating workforce data into strategic insights for leaders. In addition, he designed and taught the inaugural graduate-level People Analytics course at the University of Houston, established the Mentor Connect program for the Society for People Analytics, and is an active member of SIOP committees.
