Rob Stilson is a Data Scientist at Lockheed Martin specializing in Agentic AI and People Analytics, and a part-time professor at the University of Georgia. He brings deep cross-sector experience in applied people analytics, having held senior roles at HP, Inc. (Product Manager, Employee Listening), Boston Scientific (Principal Analyst, Talent Analytics and Insights), and PwC’s Workforce Transformation practice (Manager, People Analytics). Earlier in his career, Rob served as a Senior Human Capital Analyst at Lockheed Martin, focusing on Employee Life Cycle Analytics and survey research, and held research and assessment leadership roles at TalentQuest and FurstPerson, where he developed computer adaptive and static assessments, simulations, and ROI analyses for a range of clients. He also maintains an independent consulting practice focused on reporting automation and assessment design.

Dr. Stilson holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Georgia and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida. He is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), People Analytics Future of Work (PAFOW), and the Georgia Association for Industrial Organizational Psychology (GAIOP), and an ally member of Blacks in Industrial Organizational Psychology (BIOP).
