Satoris “Tori” Howes earned her PhD in I-O Psychology from Texas A&M University. She is a Betty S. Henry Amundson Faculty Scholar in Ethics and Professor of Management at Oregon State University. She is an avid researcher and educator, earning numerous awards for both, including SIOP’s Distinguished Teaching Contributions Award. In addition, Dr. Howes is the coauthor (with the late Paul M. Muchinsky) of the I-O psychology textbook, Psychology Applied to Work. She is a Fellow of SIOP and APA.
