Dr. Tracy Kantrowitz is currently Chief Professional Services and Product Officer at PDRI by Pearson where she leads human capital consulting, assessment product development, and consults with a variety of private and public sector organizations, including OPM, NASA, DHS, Google, Cognizant, and Adobe, among many others. She recently co-edited the volume Talent Assessment: Embracing Innovation and Mitigating Risk in the Digital Age published by Oxford and has published on topics such as AI for assessment development, legal guidelines related to AI-based assessment, and adaptive testing. Dr. Kantrowitz has received multiple distinctions from the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), including the M. Scott Myers Award for applied research in the workplace, the Distinguished Early Career Contributions–Practice Award, and Fellow status. Tracy served SIOP as the Chair of the Leading Edge Consortium on assessment, Practice Portfolio Officer, Program Chair for the annual conference, and is an editorial board member of Industrial-Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice and the Professional Practice book series. She received her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology.
