Trice Turner is a relationship-driven business development professional with experience in strategic partnerships, sponsorship development, marketing, and member engagement. Throughout her career, she has worked with professional associations and industry organizations to strengthen partnerships, create meaningful engagement opportunities, and develop initiatives that support organizational growth.
Before joining SIOP, Trice worked with the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI), where she supported business development and industry engagement initiatives. Her experience also includes international business development, event strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, bringing a relationship-centered approach to connecting organizations with the people, opportunities, and resources that help them thrive.
At SIOP, Trice focuses on developing relationships with industry partners and creating advertising, exhibiting, and sponsorship opportunities that connect partners with the industrial-organizational psychology community.
Outside of work, Trice is part of a community drumming group that performs at events to raise funds for a variety of charitable causes. She enjoys opportunities to bring people together, build community, and make a positive difference.
