Victoria A. Lipnic is a Partner at Resolution Economics, where she leads the Human Capital Strategy Group. She advises organizations on EEO compliance, workplace best practices, and serves as an expert witness. She founded the firm’s practice on the use of artificial intelligence in employment decision-making.
Ms. Lipnic brings extensive experience across labor and employment law. She served two terms as Commissioner of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, including three years as Acting Chair. At the EEOC, she advanced major regulatory initiatives, organized the agency’s first public meeting on Big Data in Employment, published a landmark report on age discrimination, and co-chaired the Select Task Force on the Study of Harassment in the Workplace.
Earlier, she practiced at Seyfarth Shaw, served as Assistant Secretary of Labor for Employment Standards, and was in-house counsel for the U.S. Postal Service. She earned her J.D. from George Mason University and B.A. from Allegheny College.
