2024 AOM Fellows Announced, Four SIOP Members Recognized

The Academy of Management (AOM) recently inducted 13 members into its Fellows Group, which recognizes and honors AOM members who have made significant contributions to the science and practice of management. Four of this year’s inductees are current SIOP Fellows.

Congratulations to:

• Derek R. Avery, PhD, the C. T. Bauer Chair of Inclusive Leadership in the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston.
• Talya Bauer, the Cameron Endowed Professor of Management at Portland State University.
• Steve W. J. Kozlowski, PhD, a World Class Scholar and Distinguished University Professor at the University of South Florida.
• Jeff LePine, the PetSmart Chair in Leadership at the W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University.

The AOM Fellows Group also provides opportunities for community and a forum for discussion among those who have been recognized. One SIOP member was inducted in 2023, four were inducted in 2022, and eight were inducted in 2021.
