About the Study:
As part of a master’s thesis in psychology at Ariel University (Israel), we are studying the daily experience of hybrid work: how it shapes employees’ wellbeing and performance, and how people use certain character strengths on office days compared with home days. Using a daily diary design, the study follows how these experiences change for each person from one workday to the next rather than relying on a single snapshot. Drawing on Self-Determination Theory and the Job Demands-Resources model, we hope the findings will help organizations better support hybrid employees.

For that reason this research is meant for employees aged 18 or older, in any country.
Working at least 80% of a full-time position that entails at least one day a week from home and at least one day a week from the office.

What’s involved:

  • An initial questionnaire of about 10 minutes
  • A short daily questionnaire of 2–3 minutes for 15 workdays (sent via email)
