I am recruiting supervisors to participate in a research study examining workplace experiences, including personality, supervisor–employee relationships, and employee outcomes.
You may be eligible to participate if you:
- Are 19 years of age or older,
- Live in the United States or Canada, and
- Currently supervise at least one employee who reports directly to you.
Participation involves completing an online survey that takes approximately 15 minutes. Supervisors will also be asked to identify up to three direct-report employees, who may then be invited separately to complete their own confidential survey. Participation is voluntary, and supervisors will not have access to employees’ responses.
Participants who complete the survey may enter a raffle for a $100 Amazon gift card.
This study is being conducted by Alan Rosen, a doctoral student in Organizational Behavior at Claremont Graduate University, under the supervision of Dr. Stephen Gilliland. CGU IRB Study #5399.
