Assessment in a New Era will be held October 1-2 and will focus on how advances in technology, analytics, and changing workforce expectations are reshaping assessment strategy, design, validation, and use. Sessions will explore emerging tools, methods, and insights, including the thoughtful use of AI, to support sound, defensible decisions.
Join researchers, practitioners, and organizational leaders for expert-led sessions on issues shaping the future of work. Add-on workshops offering a deeper dive into timely topics are available as well.
Both events will be hosted at the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel. Attendees of the LEC workshops and program can make hotel reservations through September 3, 2026, for a reduced rate.
