Lin Tan from Perth, Western Australia, is conducting a Murdoch University PhD research study exploring organisational coaches’ experiences of working with clients experiencing mental health concerns within workplace settings.
To participate, you must:
✔ Be aged 18 years or older
✔ Have at least 12 months of organisational coaching experience
✔ Have coached at least one client within the past 12 months whom you perceived to be experiencing mental health concerns
