Registration for the 2026 SIOP Leading Edge Consortium Events Opens May 15

Save the dates for the 2026 SIOP Leading Edge Consortium, coming this fall to Baltimore, Maryland.

We are pleased to present two LEC events this year:

• Shaping the Future of People Analytics will be held September 30 – October 1. Join us to move beyond the hype and learn from real-world practitioners as they discuss how they are currently driving innovation, maintaining integrity, and delivering strategic impact and influence in a rapidly evolving AI-focused world.
• Assessment in a New Era will be held October 1-2 and will focus on how advances in technology, analytics, and changing workforce expectations are reshaping assessment strategy, design, validation, and use. Sessions will explore emerging tools, methods, and insights, including the thoughtful use of AI, to support sound, defensible decisions.
