2026 Career Open House

New in 2026: SIOP Career Services Committee is pleased to present the Career Open House.

This event is designed to help SIOP attendees connect efficiently with employers, universities, and partner organizations – whether you’re actively job searching, exploring pathways, or building your own professional network.

This networking event will be formatted with tabletop stations for organizations and open networking for attendees.

There is no need for attendees to register – we’re aiming to make this event accessible to anyone who is interested in networking and learning about employers in the field. Participating organizations can secure a table for $100 for the 2 hour event.

Also, for your convenience, use the “Add to Calendar” feature on this page to create a reminder while you are onsite of where and when to come connect with employers!

We hope to see you at this one-day event as another way to maximize your personal visibility amongst the field.

Open House Schedule

To support more targeted conversations, the event will be structured into two themed hours. Attendees may join at any time – these themes are intended to guide networking, not restrict it.

9 a.m. to 10 a.m. CT – geared towards early career, recent graduates, and students.

10 a.m.. to 11 a.m. CT – geared towards mid-career and longer tenured professionals, academics, academic-practitioner professionals, and specialized background (military or veteran experience, security clearances, technology SMEs).
