Alexandra (Ali) Dmytriw is an expert AI for HR strategist and talent analytics leader with over 17 years of experience in the HR technology sector. As the Director of Artificial Intelligence for Global People at ServiceNow, she has designed and launched several AI programs including an AI Innovation Lab and a pioneering AI Governance Program for Human Resources. She also designed a comprehensive approach for assessing AI risks within the HR domain.

Ali’s previous roles include Sr. Director of AI and Talent Management consulting at Gartner and Sr. Principal of Global AI and Talent at Slalom Consulting. In these positions, she led talent and AI technology consulting engagements, designed innovative AI/ML products, and championed the adoption of ethical AI practices among her employers and clients.

Ali is passionate about mentoring the next generation of I-O psychologists and has overseen several graduate I-O internship programs throughout her career. She currently serves as Co-Chair for the Next Generation I-O committee on SIOP’s Visibility committee, which focuses on attracting more students to the field of I-O psychology. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Relations from Doane University.
