Caitie Jacobson Mikulis is the Employee Listening & Analytics Lead on the People Analytics team at NetApp, where she analyzes employee sentiment data to create compelling narratives that help leadership make informed business decisions. Throughout her career, Caitie has focused on assessing and measuring work outcomes. At Dell Technologies, she led employee listening analytics, designed research projects, and developed customized assessments. As an external consultant for firms including APTMetrics, IOS, and the Center for Creative Leadership, she advised clients across a range of industries on practices such as job analysis, assessment validation, and program evaluation. Caitie actively contributes to the professional community through SIOP conference presentations, TALREOS, and the Chicago People Analytics Meetup. Her insights appear in the SHRM Executive Network, i4cp, IT Survey Group publications, and SIOP TIP articles. Caitie holds an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University.
