Chu-Hsiang (Daisy) Chang received her PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Akron, and has expertise in occupational health and safety, leadership, and motivation. She has published widely in high-impact outlets such as Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Psychological Bulletin; has served as an associate editor at Applied Psychology: An International Review, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Journal of Business and Psychology; and has been funded by agencies including the National Science Foundation and National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. She has served on and chaired various committees related to the SIOP Annual Conference, including the Friday Seminar Committee, Theme Track Committee, and Site Selection Committee; she also served as the Conference Committee chair. She is an avid baker and opened a bakery that won a Business of the Year award.
