Dr. Solberg received her PhD from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Solberg is a Managing Consultant for SHL and has more than 20 years of experience working with organizations to manage the development and delivery of assessment services, including job analysis, development of tailored and custom assessments, and assessment validation. Additionally, she is a SIOP Fellow and has been an active member of SIOP for more than 20 years, holding a number of SIOP leadership roles including Workshops Chair, Volunteer Chair, and Program Chair and is currently serving on the SIOP Executive Board as the Conferences and Programs Portfolio Officer. Emily keeps quite busy with her full-time job, volunteer work (on SIOP and PTA boards), and four children aged 7 to 20!
