Georgia Chao has a PhD from Penn State University and her areas of expertise are in work adjustment, teams, and the future of work. She is currently a professor of psychology and area director for the I-O doctoral program at the University of South Florida. Georgia served as SIOP President in 2020 and currently serves as a representative for SIOP (Division 14) on APA’s Council. When not working, she enjoys reading on the beach, eating great food, and traveling.
