Janxin “Jenshing” Leu (San Francisco) joined KKR in 2025 as the Global Head of People Data & Analytics. As a member of the Human Capital senior leadership team, she is responsible for providing strategic, data-driven, and empirical leadership across the employee lifecycle for enterprise KKR. Prior to joining KKR, Dr. Leu spent 20 years in people analytics. On the people side, Dr. Leu is a social psychologist, and former professor at the University of Washington. On the analytics side, she was a founding member of Facebook’s (now Meta) people analytics team, where she was responsible for delivering strategic people guidance to the C-suite about its technical workforce. Prior to assuming this role within the firm, she was the Chief Analytics and Customer Success Officer at Eskalera, a work platform focused on building employee inclusion skills and analytics with F500 global clients in 14 industries. Dr. Leu began her career at a behavior and social technology innovation research company, HopeLab. She graduated from Stanford University with a BA in Psychology; she subsequently received a PhD in Psychology from the University of Michigan and the Robert Wood Johnson Health & Society post-doctoral fellowship at University of California, San Francisco and Berkeley.
