Madhura Chakrabarti, PhD. Madhura Chakrabarti is a Senior Director at Insight222, a professional services firm focused on people analytics. She has held various practitioner and consulting roles throughout her career in people analytics, employee listening, and pre-employment selection. Previous to joining Insight222, she was the Global Head of People Insights and Analytics at Syngenta in Basel, Switzerland. Previous to Syngenta, Madhura worked for Deloitte, Dell Technologies, and Ford Motor Company in the US. Madhura is an active member of SIOP and regularly presents at international conferences like People Analytics World, HR Congress. Her work has been published in Journal of Business and Psychology, and Handbook of Positive Psychology and Work.
