Scott Tannenbaum has a PhD in I-O psychology with particular expertise in the areas of team effectiveness, learning, and change. He leads the Group for Organizational Effectiveness, where he has supported more than 500 organizations globally, and his research has been cited more than 27,000 times. He previously served as SIOP’s Financial Officer/Secretary. Scott is a native New Yorker, but a lifelong Boston Red Sox fan.
