Dr. Tunji Oki works at Netflix as a Senior Talent Analytics Manager focusing on Talent Acquisition. He currently leads a team responsible for using data and insights to improve the talent acquisition process. Prior to this role, he worked at Google as a Senior People Analytics Manager where he led research teams responsible for hiring equity, lifecycle equity, and employee voice/sentiment. Prior to Google, Dr. Oki worked as a consultant for Applied Psychological Techniques, where he consulted with Fortune 100 companies in the areas of job analysis, employee selection, test development, test validation, and legal issues. He obtained his PhD in IO Psychology from the University of Houston!
