Will Shepherd earned his PhD and MA in I-O Psychology from Bowling Green State University with a minor in Quantitative Psychology and is a licensed psychologist with areas of expertise including personnel selection, employee engagement, organizational culture, and leadership development. He has held senior level positions leading corporate HR talent management functions, worked in HR consulting, published in leading academic journals, taught at the university level, and has been recognized with 9 SIOP awards and fellowship in SIOP and the APA. He has 15+ years of SIOP committee experience, including twice as the Chair of the Professional Practice Committee. He enjoys hiking and live music.
