Help Shape the Future of I-O Psychology Certification

In May, SIOP members were invited to participate in an important survey that will play a key role in the development of a new Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology Certification. The deadline to complete this survey is June 30, 2025.

This survey is part of a comprehensive Job Task Analysis (JTA) being conducted by the Psychology Credential Center (PCC) with endorsement from SIOP. PCC brings extensive experience in certification development, while SIOP’s endorsement ensures the certification aligns with the evolving needs of the I-O psychology community.

Participants must be practicing I-O psychology professionals to complete this survey.

Purpose of the Survey
The goal of this survey is to gather insights from I-O psychology professionals like you to identify the critical knowledge, skills, and tasks that define effective practice in the field. Your input will directly influence the blueprint for the certification exam, ensuring it reflects current, real-world professional standards, and practices.
