As a SIOP member, you have access to many events throughout the year, including the Global Work and Organizational Psychology (G-WOP) Conference. This annual conference brings together industrial and organizational psychology colleagues from across the globe for networking, learning, and collaboration.
G-WOP is a unique virtual event that takes place over a 24-hour period, creating a global marathon of conversations and ideas. It offers valuable opportunities to learn from professionals across different countries and cultures.
In addition to the 24 hours of programming, the 2026 event will include pre-networking events and a virtual career fair. These additional offerings provide moments to thoughtfully interact with professionals as well as those just getting started in the field.
