Earlier this year, SIOP released a curated SIOP Member Bookshelf to showcase books authored by members that advance the understanding and application of industrial and organizational psychology in the workplace. This benefit provides members with an opportunity to highlight their work while helping fellow I-O professionals and students discover research and practical insights that can make a difference in organizations.
The bookshelf is also a great resource for discovering the work of other SIOP members. Take a moment to browse the books currently on the shelf and add a few to your personal reading list. You may find a new perspective, practical resource, or research-based insight to bring into your teaching, research, consulting, or workplace. The bookshelf is updated quarterly, so be sure to check back throughout the year for new additions.
Additionally, if you have authored a book related to I-O psychology, we invite you to submit it for consideration for the SIOP Bookshelf. To request your book be added, complete the submission form, and a SIOP staff member will contact you for next steps.
