In September, more than 1,300 I-O psychology educators, researchers, practitioners, and students from around the world took part in the inaugural Global Work and Organizational Psychology (G-WOP) Conference.

As part of the event, the organizing associations agreed to provide the recorded sessions to their members – providing additional value and accessibility to the field. The recordings are now available on the G-WOP event page and are being shared with SIOP members as a benefit of their membership.

This 24-hour online event, spread across time zones, was designed to make it easy for I-O psychology educators, researchers, practitioners, and students from around the world to take part, wherever and whenever it worked for them. More than 30 total panel discussions, keynotes, and research presentations covered topics ranging from coaching to employee well-being to AI and assessments—something for everyone at every career stage. In addition, this new initiative brought together more than 20 professional industrial-organizational societies and governing bodies from around the world for connection, reflection, and shared learning to cultivate meaningful action.

We hope you take time to explore this new member benefit and stay tuned for more information about future events.
