How do personal and professional experiences shape your career path? Learn from I-O practitioners at the 2025 SIOP Annual Conference about making job changes, exploring new directions, and navigating career transitions in Career Growth Exploration: How and When to Make the Leap.
This program is designed for early-to-mid career professionals with 2+ years of experience and includes:
- Facilitated discussions by diverse I-O practitioners who faced personal or professional crossroads with shared insights from career crossroads, including deliberate shifts and unexpected opportunities within the field.
- Small group discussions with the practitioner(s) who align to their interests and career situation. One-time mentoring sessions can discuss I-O interests you may not encounter in your current role with intentionality.
- Effective strategies for navigating a thriving industrial-organizational psychology career across various trajectories.
This program has limited seating and will be hosted from 4 to 5 p.m. MT Thursday, April 3, in the Colorado Convention Center.
Participants must be registered to attend the 2025 SIOP Annual Conference. Register separately for Career Growth Exploration using this form. The registration deadline is Friday, March 21.
