Our professional panelists for the November event are looking forward to sharing their expertise. Eric Schinella is senior HR manager of Analytics & Insights with Procter & Gamble’s grooming business unit (Braun/Gillette/Venus Brands). He has a total of seven years of I-O psychology experience at P&G spread across a couple different roles within the pre-hire selection and people analytics spaces. Schinella has a passion for turning data and analytics into impactful organizational outcomes.
Joseph Travoglino is human capital manager at Deloitte, serving as an organization, workforce, and change manager residing within Deloitte’s GPS state and local practice. His experiences total 9+ years with Deloitte and 10 years of past experiences, combined for more than 19 years of client-facing consulting and human capital experience. Travoglino operates at the intersection of technology and I-O psychology serving to represent business needs in an ever-adapting technological landscape. He brings an implementation perspective connecting technology, processes, and people.
Due to limited registration, attendees will be permitted to sign up for and attend one Mentor Hour event per calendar year.
