For over 40 years, the SIOP Annual Conference has brought together thousands of I-O psychology practitioners, educators, researchers, and students from around the world to network, share knowledge, and form lifelong professional connections and friendships.
Due to considerable construction at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, the convention center will be closed and therefore unable to host the annual conference in 2028. When planning an event of our size, it is necessary to work several years out when selecting dates and sites. When Salt Lake City was chosen in 2023 for the 2028 SIOP Annual Conference, this construction had not been planned.
The Site Selection Subcommittee and staff are working hard to find a suitable location for the 2028 conference. As the premier gathering in the field of industrial and organizational psychology, we know many of you are already making plans for this event. Please stay tuned as we make and finalize plans for what will be SIOP’s 43rd annual conference.
