SIOP is seeking up to 3 additional volunteers to join the Salary Survey Task Force and support the launch of this year’s SIOP Salary Survey. This task force plays a key role in delivering a resource that helps the field better understand compensation trends and career outcomes.

As a member of the task force, you will:

  • Play an important role in refining salary survey questions, increasing participation rates, and analyzing survey data
  • Help develop reports and insights that we will share with SIOP members
  • Contribute to a high-impact project that informs career and compensation decisions
  • Collaborate with other professionals across the SIOP community

Time Commitment: The expected time commitment is a few hours per month and will include a mix of group meetings and independent work.

This opportunity is a great fit for practitioners, early-career professionals, and graduate students interested in people analytics, employee listening, or survey research.
