The deadline for the Winter 2026 issue of The Industrial-Organizational Psychologist (TIP) is Nov. 1, 2025. The issue will publish the first week of January.

TIP encourages submissions of papers addressing issues related to the practice, science, and/or teaching of industrial and organizational psychology. Preference is given to submissions that have broad appeal to SIOP members, that represent and acknowledge diverse perspectives, and that are written to be understood by a diverse range of readers.

Visit the TIP Board and Policies webpage for important information regarding submission preparation.

Every submission is reviewed and evaluated by the editor for conformity to the overall guidelines and suitability for TIP. All feature article submissions may be subject to peer review at the discretion of the editor. Submissions well in advance of issue deadlines are appreciated. However, the editor reserves the right to determine the appropriate issue to publish an accepted submission.

The Autumn 2025 issue of TIP was recently published and includes the columns you read every quarter, including the Editor’s column, which reflects on the future of I-O psychology; SIOP President Scott Tannenbaum’s President’s Column; and Max. Classroom Capacity, which takes a seasonal look at grad school.

If you have an idea for an article or a special feature for TIP, email Editor Myia Williams at siop.tip.editor@gmail.com. And don’t forget to share your achievements, including awards, job changes, and publications, via the new IOtas form. We love sharing and celebrating our members’ accomplishments!
