SIOP's I-O webinar videos are sponsored and developed by the SIOP Visibility and Professional Practice committees.  Some of the webinars are first presented live and include presentations by members in the field of I-O as well as interactive question and answer portions. Other short webinars, usually under 30 minutes long are pre-recorded and cover current topics of interest to I-O psychology and practitioners, as well as to workforce managers in a variety of settings. This 25-minute introductory webinar on HR Analytics by Jeremy Kasle begins by defining the topic, then covers how to develop analytics capability, and how to use the insights gained. The presentation concludes with a section on lessons learned and advice.
