The SIOP Professional Practice Portfolio is proud to present the Advanced Professional Development (APD) course on Individual Leadership Assessment. This course provides a professional development opportunity for experienced assessment psychologists to strengthen their assessment skills and techniques, and to learn from other highly experienced colleagues. Two initial course modules were offered at SIOP 2018.    

We are now offering a one-day program (two brand new modules) on Individual Leadership Assessment at SIOP 2020 Austin Conference (you do not need to have attended the first two modules to benefit from these two).

Intended Audience: 

• Advanced/Intermediate: Participants should have a solid understanding of and extended experience with assessment concepts, processes and tools.  The course is intended for SIOP members with extensive leadership assessment experience and who are or may be eligible for psychologist licensing.
