Call for Chapters: Integrating I-O with Entrepreneurship Science & Practice

We are seeking chapters that focus on novel analytics techniques that can be used to assess, evaluate, and develop human capital in startups.

About the Book

Scholarship on human capital data analytics in startups is lacking because of small sample sizes. Existing entrepreneurship research focuses almost exclusively on macro-level aspects with little to no integration of micro- and meso-level research (i.e., individual and team sciences) from I-O psychology. This book aims to understand human capital in startups and help startups make data-driven decisions amidst their constraints and uniqueness. The volume will be grounded in sound theory and practice of organizational psychology within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
