Jeff Quinn headshot

Jeffrey C. Quinn
, MS, PCC (Managing Principal & Founder – Leadership Insights & Development) Jeff is a certified Executive Coach and Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with over 25 years experience providing strategic talent consulting, leadership consulting and executive coaching to C-suite and other executive leaders, managers and high potential leaders in Fortune 500, global NGOs and high tech start-up companies. Much of his work is global and to date he has worked with talented leaders and teams from over 40 countries. He focuses on both one-on-one and team coaching as well as on specialty coaching areas including onboarding/transition coaching, leading through change, team formation, team effectiveness/improvement. He has recently developed a new passion for Red Team Coaching, which was adapted from military and intelligence agencies’ successful strategies that help clients focus on critical thinking skills, develop powerful insights into their business, and uncover both unseen threats and new opportunities.  

He is a lifelong learner, enjoyably distracted by shiny new things and works to keep his awareness of coaching trends and his coaching skills as up to speed as possible. Recent coach training certifications include Systemic Team Coaching, Team Effectiveness Coaching, Red Team Coaching, WBECS Accelerating Coach Excellence and Emotional Intelligence. An avid fan and energetic user of great psychometric tests in his practice, he is certified on the Hogan Personality series at the basic and advanced levels, the Leadership Circle 360 assessment, the EQ i-2.0 Emotional Intelligence assessment, the Team Assessment Survey, the TALENTx7 Learning Agility assessment and the AQai Adaptability assessment among others.

 He founded Leadership Insights & Development in 2014 focused on executive coaching, leadership assessment and development, top team assessment & coaching, talent strategy and change management. Prior to that he was a Senior Vice President/Partner in Aon Hewitt Consulting’s Talent & Rewards Consulting Group for 22 years, serving as one of its national practice leaders. He received his MS degree in I ndustrial and Organizational Psychology and Organization Development at Penn State University.

Carol Braddick headshot

Carol Braddick, MBA (Director – Graham Braddick Partnership and Future of Coaching Collaboration (FCC). Carol is a member of the Disruptive Tech Workstream of the Future of Coaching Collaboration, a working group taking a multi-stakeholder view of the coaching market and the impact of tech. She is passionate about stakeholders making informed decisions about tech that accelerates and sustains client development and improves access to coaching. She actively follows the market to support the coaching community and organizational buyers of coaching on their learning curve about new products and platforms for client work, management of coaching practices and coach training, development and supervision.  

A coach for nearly 20 years, Carol brings her experience contracting directly with organisations as well as via large providers of coaching. Before establishing her coaching practice, Carol worked as Senior Consultant in the Talent Development practices at Hewitt and Towers Perrin (now Aon Hewitt and Willis Towers Watson, respectively). She was also Director of a UK firm specializing in talent development. Earlier in her career, Carol completed her BA in Linguistics at Pomona College and the MBA program at New York University.

Dr. Gordy Curphy
(Ph.D., Managing Partner, Curphy Leadership Solutions). Gordy helps C-Suite, business unit, and functional leaders develop business strategies, implement major change initiatives, hire, develop, and promote leadership talent, and build high-performing teams. He has spent the past 30+ years researching, teaching, practicing, and providing consulting advice on leadership. He has sold over 100,000 copies of the number one selling textbook, Leadership: Enhancing the Lessons of Experience (10 th Ed.).  He is also the architect of The Rocket Model®, The Rocket Model: Practical Guide for Building High Performing Teams, Ignition: A Guide to Building High Performing Teams, and the Team Assessment Survey ® - tools intended to help improve teamwork across the globe. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology at the University of Minnesota, his MA In Industrial and Organizational Psychology at St. Mary’s University and his BS in Organizational Behavior at the US Airforce Academy.

Ali O'Malley headshot

Dr. Ali O’Malley, Ph.D. ( Founder & Owner – Reflexion Group). Ali specializes in the design, delivery, and evaluation of coaching interventions. She has nearly 20 years of experience coaching and consulting across industries including healthcare and life sciences, tech and fintech, higher education, and management consulting. Upon receiving tenure and promotion as a psychology professor, Ali pivoted from academia to industry roles leading people analytics for John Deere’s global Human Resources organization and serving as a senior behavioral scientist and solution consultant for BetterUp, a coaching platform on which more than 1.5 million coaching sessions have been conducted.

Ali holds an MA and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron. She received her executive coaching certification through Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership and is certified by the International Coaching Federation.

Alex Haitoglou headshot

Alex Haitoglou, (Founder, Ovida).  Alex Haitoglou is a business leader, tech entrepreneur and passionate coaching practitioner and advocate. He received a degree in Business Economics from the University of Portsmouth and has studied in the UK and Germany. Alex worked for Procter & Gamble leading brands in multiple countries, and in parallel ran the global GROW coaching program training hundreds of leaders and coaches in coaching skills. Alex continued in corporate leadership roles for Walgreens Boots Alliance, before becoming an entrepreneur, successfully co-founding and exiting a health-tech business. Inspired by the huge positive impact coaching can have personally and organizationally, Alex founded Ovida with a mission to train better coaches and leaders in coaching skills. The idea was conceived at the Singularity University in SF during an AI conference and the business was formed 2 years ago and launched in January 2022. Ovida is a machine learning powered platform that aims to augment the human element of coaching by providing unique insights and data for self-reflection to coaches, assisting their trainers and supervisors, and providing objective data and insights for leadership and coaching skills to organizations that use it. Ovida is already utilized in academia, currently working with partners like Dr Nicky Treblanche (Univ. of Stellenbosch), Dr Rebecca Jones (Henley Business School), Dr Woody Woodward (NYU), Dr David Drake (creator of Narrative Coaching) and many others, as well as commercial organizations that train leadership and coaching internally and externally.
