They are now available for comment on the SIOP Web site at https://www.siop.org/research-Publications/iop-Journal/IOP-Focal-Articles. The deadline for commentary submissions is August 30, 2019. The first focal article for this issue is Regulating Rude: Tensions Between Free Speech and Civility in Academic Employment by Lilia M. Cortina, Michael G. Cortina, and José M. Cortina.
