Request for White Papers: Measuring Small Team Cohesion in Isolated and Extreme Environments

The Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences (ARI) requires research to leverage cutting-edge physiological/neurological measures to develop and validate a robust, real-time objective measure of small team cohesion capable of functioning in isolated and extreme environments. Such a tool will be invaluable to Army leaders, as team cohesion has been consistently found to be positively associated with superior team performance.
