Seeking unpublished papers on leader behaviors and employee safety

Dear colleagues,

We are seeking unpublished quantitative work to be included in a meta-analysis on the effects of leader behaviors on employee safety.

We are specifically interested in effects on both individual and group levels. In terms of leader behaviors, we are interested in a broad range, including negative (e.g., abusive supervision, passive leadership, leader incivility) and positive (e.g., authentic leadership, transactional leadership) forms. 

We would greatly appreciate your help locating unpublished data to include. Please email us at Zhanna.Lyubykh1@ucalgary.ca any quantitative papers or data that you think could inform our review. This includes unpublished papers, student projects, conference presentations, and dissertations.
