Anti-Racism Project Funding Available

The National Academy of Human Resources (NAHR) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) join SIOP and the SIOP Foundation in inviting you to submit a proposal for the 2021 Anti-Racism Project Grants.

The project fund has $50,000 to award to one or more projects that enlarge our understanding of racism in the workplace and its causes; and identify evidence-based solutions to the problems of racism in the workplace.

The grant focus is on race issues in the United States and on applied psychology in the workplace, broadly defined to include all varieties of organizations in which people create and provide products and services. Multidisciplinary projects are encouraged as well as those that blend practice and research. Both qualitative and quantitative projects are encouraged.

A Zoom information conference is scheduled for 2 p.m. ET Thursday, January 21. Find details in the call for proposals
