Call for Chapters: Implementing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Management in Organizational Change Initiatives

Practitioners and Scholars are invited to contribute to an edited book entitled, Implementing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Management in Organizational Change Initiatives. Published by IGI Global. Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit on or before October 13, 2021, a chapter proposal of 1,000 to 2,000 words clearly explaining the mission of their proposed chapter. Questions can be directed to Abeni El-Amin, Ph.D., Fort Hays State University, aelamin@fhsu.edu

The focus of this deliberation is to analyze how Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) leaders implement organizational change initiatives. The social and political changes of this era have created a climate change and fundamental shift in how businesses view the impact of DEIB in the workplace. Additionally, determined is how leaders make significant, sustainable changes utilizing communication abilities, envisioning, conflict management skills, servant leadership, and innovative DEIB initiatives.
