Leading Edge Consortium Returns to In-Person Event

The 2022 Leading Edge Consortium (LEC) is returning to the Loews Atlanta in October for another thought-provoking and networking-building in-person event. This year’s event is titled, Rethinking Employee Experience to Create Agility and Resilience for the "Next Normal." Led by Chair Elaine Pulakos, the 2022 LEC boasts a plethora of important topics and impressive speakers. Topics include changes in work, workers, and organizations, improving the employee experience, well-being, and leading through disruption. There will be case studies, panels, and Q&A sessions.

The consortium kicks off with three workshops on Thursday, October 6. Each of these half-day workshops will be held once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Attendees may take one or two, and can register for CE credit. (Registration for the consortium is required for workshop attendance.)

The consortium begins on Friday, October 7, at 8 a.m. EDT and will present an entire day of cutting-edge programming. A reception and networking dinners will follow.

Saturday will feature a half day of programming from 8 am to noon, providing attendees with a robust learning opportunity while allowing for more options for travel or enjoying Atlanta.

Registration for the event opens July 1. Be sure to visit the LEC webpage for more information and to register.

We continue to keep health and safety considerations top of mind, monitoring and adjusting plans according to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization recommendations, governmental, public health, and venue regulations and recommendations as they pertain to COVID-19.
