These workshops offer a unique professional development opportunity to learn from premier experts in the field while networking with peers. The 10 workshops will all be held Wednesday, April 17, and will focus on trending and critical topics in our field, most provide continuing education credits. The workshops include: (De)-Humanizing HR: Navigating the Uses, Risks, and Ethics of Artificial Intelligence Launching Selection and Development Assessments: Fail Here, Succeed Later Beyond the Buzzwords: Neurodiversity Inclusion and Better Work for All Managing Performance Management: A Practical Approach for Optimization Empowering People Analytics: Building a Meaningful Function From the Ground Up How Leaders Create Agility Is Different Than You Think Skills Revolution: Understanding the Why, What, and How Leveraging the Science of Leadership Potential for Talent Management in Global Organizations Navigating the Complex Needs of Workers: The Role of Leaders in Worker Mental Health and Well-Being Advanced Topics in 360 Feedback: Internal and External Perspectives Workshop registration includes an exclusive luncheon and reception, allowing additional opportunities to make connections and discuss workshop learnings. Registration for workshops is done via the online conference registration process on a first-come, first-served basis. You can add a preconference workshop to your registration at any time by returning to the registration form. Never participated in an in-person workshop before? Here’s what you need to know: SIOP preconference workshops are interactive. Participants are provided with opportunities to network throughout the day, interacting with experts in the topic area and others who face similar challenges at work! Registration for each workshop session is capped at 45 attendees to ensure a more personalized learning experience, so we encourage you to register early before they fill up. Registrants will be given access to the presentation materials website for all 10 workshops, not just the one(s) for which they register. Details for accessing presentations will be shared with registrants closer to the workshop date.
