Disability, Inclusion, and Accessibility Webinar to Be Held March 26

At a time when diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility (DEIBA) has become polarized and is recessing from the focus of organizations, it is important to push back and continue conversations around topics that may be uncomfortable but are backed by science. In this vein, we continue this conversation by diving into the importance of inclusive leadership and psychological safety. Join us as we explore how inclusive leadership fosters psychological safety and empowers all employees, with a particular focus on supporting those with disabilities. The SIOP Disability, Inclusion, and Accessibility Committee (DIAC) will put a spotlight on this topic during its March 26 webinar, Beyond Diversity: Fostering Inclusive Leadership for a Workplace that Values Everyone with a Focus on Disability Inclusion. This free webinar will take place from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. ET March 26.

Attendees will hear thought-provoking conversations with speakers who have championed disability initiatives and/or advanced this field of research, gaining valuable perspectives on best practices, policies, and innovations that can drive positive change in organizations.
