Registration is now open for the 2024 SIOP Leading Edge Consortium! Join us Thursday, Oct. 24, and Friday, Oct. 25, 2024, for Developing Leaders in a Shifting World at the Minneapolis Marriott City Center.

The unprecedented pace of change in today’s world has brought us to a place where volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environments are the new normal. As a result, I-O psychologists face many of the following challenges:

The 2024 SIOP Leading Edge Consortium will provide invaluable insights from pioneering research, real-world case studies, and proven strategies to navigate the complex challenges of the evolving business landscape.

Two in-person Preconsortium Workshops will provide a deeper dive into learning agility and talent agendas. Coaching to Accelerate the Development of Learning Agility and Doing More with Less with Your Talent Agenda are open to LEC registrants and non-registrants and are limited to 50 registrants each.
