Jaclyn Koopmann
Auburn University

Jaclyn Koopmann researches work team processes, such as task-helping and climate; employee self-regulation, in particular as it relates to health and citizenship behaviors; and mistreatment within the customer service context. Her work has been published in such journals as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, and Journal of Organizational Behavior. She also serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Applied Psychology and Personnel Psychology.

In recent years, she has been recognized at national conferences and by Auburn University for her research achievements. Her work has also been cited in media outlets, such as U.S. News, The New York Post, and Fox News. Koopmann received her doctorate from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida and joined Auburn’s department of management in 2016.

Associate Professor of Psychological Science
Jennifer Feitosa
Claremont McKenna College

Jennifer Feitosa is an Associate Professor of the Department of Psychological Sciences at Claremont McKenna College and the director of the METRICS Lab. Dr. Feitosa’s main research interests include diversity/equity/inclusion (DEI), team dynamics, and measurement in the workplace. She is deeply commited to unraveling questions like, :How can we leverage the benefits of diversity in work teams?” She has co-authored over 40 publications, including journals such as American Psychologist, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business Research, Psychological Assessment, Organizational Dynamics, Human Resource Management Review, and Group Dynamics, and is in the editorial board of Journal of Business and Psychology, Small Groups Research and Team Performance Management. Her projects are set to reach breadth and depth in the area of diverse teams, by integrating the literature (e.g., Davis et al., 2022; Feitosa et al., 2018), utilizing qualitative methods (e.g., Burke & Feitosa, 2015; Grossman et al., 2021) as well as quantitative approaches (e.g., Feitosa et al., 2015; 2017; 2020). Furthermore, she has presented over 70 times in conferences and her work has been featured at APA monitor and ioatwork.com.

Professor of Management
Traci Sitzmann
University of Colorado Denver

Traci Sitzmann’s research focuses on the multilevel processes that foster or undermine collaborative synergy among employees, including the effects of organizations’ policies and employees’ experiences on labor productivity. Sitzmann also has numerous publications on the effectiveness of online training, maximizing learning and reducing attrition from training, and evaluating training effectiveness. Her research has been published in leading academic journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Psychological Bulletin. Her research has also won multiple awards, including the Financial Times Award for research that has a real-world impact (2023), William A. Owens Scholarly Achievement Award (2023), Academy of Management Journal (2022) paper of the year, Laube Community Impact Award (2022), the Responsible Research in Management Award (2021), and Most Important Industrial-Organizational Psychology Article (2021). In addition, her research has been covered by a variety of media outlets, including Bloomberg, Financial Times, Forbes, and ABC News.

Along with serving the university, Sitzmann currently consults with the United States Space Force, providing guidance for human resource policies and strategic change. Prior to joining the University of Colorado Denver, Sitzmann worked as a consultant for the Department of Defense.

Fink, Ph.D. is a leading figure in People Analytics, having led People Analytics teams at several major tech companies as well as extensive work in organizational transformation, organizational culture, leadership assessment, and the application of advanced analytical methods to human capital problems. She is sought-after speaker and executive coach. She has published two books and numerous articles and book chapters. Alexis the Past President of SIOP as well as a SIOP Fellow. She was Chair of the IT Survey Group, an industry consortium dedicated to employee surveys. Alexis earned her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Old Dominion University.
