The SIOP Work Smart Series workshop explores how artificial intelligence is reshaping the workplace and what individuals can do to stay relevant, adaptable, and future-ready. Participants will gain insight into the key skills that AI cannot easily replace, learn strategies for reskilling and upskilling, and examine ways to align personal strengths with evolving organizational needs. Through discussion and interactive activities, the workshop will highlight both opportunities and challenges of the AI-driven economy, empowering participants to build resilience, embrace change, and chart a sustainable career path in an uncertain future.
